NEW ISSUEISSUE 5 – 15.03.18Last night, when I went to get in the car to go out with him, to my dislike, the car did not switch on at the first time; I only put the car on at the 9th try.The car still losing diesel, I didn't have time before but yesterday I have took the car out and I drive to Gatwick and the car lost fuel during the trip, not the same quantity than last Sunday was a quite less.The engine malfunction light turned on twice again in the motorway, I have stopped and switch off the car and when I switch on the light have disappeared suddenly.We are extremely disappointed and unhappy with the car you have sold us. Since purchasing the car on 19.12.2017, at the point of purchase I paid £3350. We have had numerous problems with the vehicle.

I bought a van Toyota Proace from Elmside Garage 4 months ago and I’m really happy . The van is really clean and running smoothly. Had some small issue but it was under warranty so the owner sorted everything for me immediately.This is the best dealer I ever had , professional and friendly. Allways check the car over cars have been damaged they repainted quite badley in wrong colour bumpers ect not put on propley air intakes all held together cable ties say it serviced nope air filters look at least 3 years old mold downside of chairs break pads thin as anything look eles where car dealers these daus are very bad

I bought a car from this garage recently and have been very pleased with their service, staff always polite and helpful. The car was beautifully presented but there were a couple of mechanical problems which needed to be sorted. They were dealt with under the warranty with no fuss and I was given assistance with keeping mobile while the fault was diagnosed and fixed. I have no hesitation in recommending Elmside.

Bought my car from Elmside garage in August, driven over 3hr there just to get the car I wanted and I couldn't be more happy with it! The whole purchase process was very pleasant without any pressure or rush.After a couple of days, a small issue developed with the car but it had been rectified promptly by the garage. I use this establishment on a fairly regular basis a nice friendly inviroment very helpful staff well run by the owner always a smile and a hot cup of coffee at the ready

I purchased a car at this garage nearly two years ago and bring it back for its yearly service, MOT and any other work that's needed. The car itself was set at a very fair price and has been a very good runner so far. The very few issues (Air con & battery) it has had were resolved within the same day at a very reasonable price. The service manager Amer is always very helpful on the phone and their mechanic Garry also knows his stuff. I was lucky and they offered me a courtesy car so I could still get to work. I don't quite understand the bad reviews this garage has had as all parts that have been changed on my car have 100% been changed! Thanks for all the help so far and I will be continuing to use this garage for all my work!

Purchased a car and the transaction was very smooth and simple. The sales team is really experienced and acknowledgeable and advised me on what to get as my first car. Car still runs great, no problems. The administration's member 'Andrew' was very nice to offer me a cup of tea while I was waiting for the documents to be completed.
