The place seemed nice, but the staff were not organised, they're like headless chickens, you can see they are trying their best but manager doesn't seem to care about them. We had a delay of 45 min to get food for four people (5 dishes in total). They came with all together including starters and mains at the same time (it was not that busy and they had enough personnel).Then the table in front of us found a insect inside their falafel, which made our visit unpleasant. The food tasted good but after all the above, we won't come back.

Fast friendly aervice in pleasant surroundings. The standard of food was as good as always. We had the mixed grill which was very tasty. Desert was the Comptoir Sundea which my lovely wife tells me was heavenly.The only downside was the price of the soft drinks which were on the high side.

Great food and great atmosphere. Staff seemed to be a bit rushed off their feet so was difficult to get their attention when we needed something.

The food are halal and delicious, they don't serve pork so it's totaly safe for Muslim. The interior design is so lovely, it builds a nice atmosphere. The staff are helpful, they even took a good picture of me and my friends

They don’t even deserve a one-star. Food is very high prices. The quality is very low. I will never recommend anyone.plz don't come here don't waste your money

To keep this short. The service was great the mezza platter was great, but the actual grill lacked flavour it was very bland and parts of the meat seemed old. It's over priced for what you get as part of the mix grill, which consisted of 1 chicken kebab 1 lamb kebab and few chicken breast cubes.

I have had food at Comptoir Libanais in London and have enjoyed their food but this time at Cheshire Oaks I was thoroughly disappointed.The food was a great disappointment with no real taste at all; my local kebab house makes better kebabs than this restaurant, although there were no complaints on the service and the atmosphere of the restaurant which was pretty busy.I encourage the management to visit this restaurant and see if this restaurant is the true representation of their quality

I really like it here. I've been twice now and have always had a really positive experience. The food is lovely and the service is excellent. I love the quirky decor and its always been really nice. I always go around my Birthday, so it's a good treat and I get to shop at Cheshire Oaks too! Bonus.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed. I have been to the restaurant in Manchester and we all absolutely loved it. Everything was close to perfect. Especially the food. However in cheshire oaks the food was a huge let down. Very bland firstly. And the kofta was much more like a kebab from the local takeaway. Fortunately the mezze was lovely but thats about it. I feel let down and I wanted to show some friends how great your food is. Raise the standards please.

The food was absolutely sensational!! It was fresh and full of flavour, the staff were so lovely. I cannot recommend enough!!
