Bridge Care have been looking after Mum since Sept 2022. I can't praise the care team enough. They are all wonderful - kind, caring and professional but special praise should go to Andrea, who goes above and beyond.As a family, we feel blessed to have Bridge Care looking after Mum. I live 200 miles away and visit mum regularly. Before Bridge Care started helping mum I was constantly worried about Mum. I feel like I've got some of my life back as I have total confidence that mum is receiving the best care. The girls in the office call me if they have any concerns. I recommend this agency highly.

I have worked at bridge for 19 years, 17 as a carer and 2 in the office. I absolutely love my job and the staff, all whom have been here for many years. I have seen both sides to the business and think everyone is amazing and a great place to work. Staff turnover is very little and farbetween. Couldn't and haven't worked at a better place.

The team at Bridge Care looked after my Mum at her home following a devastating stroke. They were superbly caring and professional and gave my Mum the chance to stay safe and supported in her own home. We had no concerns for her wellbeing and felt the team looked after us as family members as well. Whilst this started as a professional relationship, across the 15 months they were part of our daily lives, the team became friends and Mum loved spending time with her girls. There was often a great deal of laughter when the team were on the house providing personal care and looking after Mum.Any questions were dealt with quickly and appropriately by the office team and when Mum died it was lovely to see so many of her care team at the funeral. We are so grateful for the hard work, trust, empathy, dignity and respect they all gave to Mum whilst dealing with her illness and physical problems. A wonderful team who will be ever in our thoughts with eternal thanks.
