I've been attending classes for around 18months now but even on my first day, I was welcomed into the family. The range of classes is extensive and the community spirit of all the girls and teachers keep me coming back. As well as improving my fitness and flexibility, my mental health is better than it has ever been. I can't recommend it enough. Membership costs are more than fair and the classes are the perfect way to get fit whilst having fun and making great, supportive friends.

Couldn't ask for a better place to train and work at, everyone is so supportive and like a big family.All the teaches have excellent knowledge and make sure every student get the best out of there class whether they're doing it for fun or want to take it further and make it a career.

Fantastic supportive tutors for both children and adults. All 'moves' are demonstrated and guided rather than the old school watch and do lessons. My daughter bounces out of her class each week wanting to show me what's she's learnt, we never had this reaction from previous dance/ acro classes. (and I enjoyed the taster classes I did too)!
