I came in for a battery replacement and was welcomed by a nice man who was happy to help and within less than 2 minutes my battery was replaced. Fast and reliable service and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and visiting. You won’t be disappointed. Stay safe guys

I recently got passport photographs taken here for my newborn baby and my toddler. The staff were very friendly and patient with my children. Photos were great, with a printed version and digital copy. No appointment needed.

Timpson is situated in the Tesco car park. The staff are friendly. I paid just over £30 to get an occasion dress dry cleaned which was done to a great standard. They got it back to me in about 3 working days.

I am not sure of the mans name who works at this Sainsburys branch but he is absolutely superb. Incredibly helpful, polite, well presented and you can tell that he takes pride in his job. It is always a pleasure to visit that branch and that is purely down to him.

Have previously had great service from Timpsons. However when I last took in my watch for a repair, they returned it with a large scratch on the back. They didn't tell me, just handed it back, like nothing was wrong. Presumably where the case opening tool had slipped. Have had to go through customer services, still not resolved.

I visited on Saturday 28 May at around 11am to get a watch battery replaced. The battery required for my watch is unusual so I usually provide it myself. The person on the desk told me he would not use the battery I provided and he did not have the battery required either. He was rude and dismissive so I wouldn't trust him to do it properly anyway. Absolutely useless.
