Decent enough station, clean, enough pumps, shop and helpful staff but sited in a black spot near the tram crossing so, nearly always a long wait in traffic to get in or out............

I filled my car up here last Friday evening (23rd November 2018). The diesel pump malfunctioned and, instead of stopping when my tank was full, continued going and spilled diesel all over my shoes.One of the two guys working there came out and put sand down. He seemed to find it amusing, happily letting me know that I was actually the second person this pump had malfunctioned and done this to so far today.When i was paying, I complained about how dangerous the situation was. He was very rude and told me I should watch the pump when I'm filling up (which I was). He never said a word of apology from start to finish.In short, I'm disappointed with the disregard for the safety, the rudeness of the staff and annoyed that my shoes are ruined.

Sometimes use this Jet station as it's nearby. Petrol isn't as cheap here hence I usually use Tesco, shop isn't as good either but sometimes it's more important for an old git like me that it's convenient and I rarely have to queue!

Nipped in for petrol very handy definitely if you've forgot something it stocks alot of items you vould probably do a quick shopping there.

used to go here for quite a while filling my van up 80 to 90 pounds a time 3 days a week not now last 2 times passed my fuel card over was rudely thrown back with a scowl go to bp on nuthall road now much more pleasent

Quite a small station but staff work to getting customers through quickly and politely. Compact sales area but quite helpful to the weary traveller.

I went to this Jet station today as the price on display was 131p per litre but on the pump I was charger 145p per litre. I was quite disappointed with misleading prices and feel it should've been clearly and correctly written and displayed. I will not use this JET station again and would urge everyone to be vigilant there.
