I went to buy a wrench today, but did not know what’s it called. I was served by a lady. I tried to explain it to her but she didn’t understand at first then she brought one later and showed me. But I needed something cheaper. But she told me that they do not have them. Then I checked online and they did have something cheaper and exactly what I was looking for. False information provided, she could have guided me towards the book catalog they had, just to help me with the purchase. It was my first time at the store and should have been provided better informations. She could have been more keen to serve me and support my purchase. Later I did go back and bought the product I wanted. She was nowhere to be seen.

Went in today asking for advice repairing or buying a new square toilet seat advised they don't sell them . I understand that . Asked for advice on maybe adding a washer to the screw mechanism. Said no idea what I could do. Asked them if they could sell me a pack of washers and I would see what could do myself and was smirked at and told they don't sell washers. That is untrue. Made to feel as a female I didn't know anything. Went to B & Q bought a pack of washers now everything sorted
