All was going fine until I tried to return 4x cement slabs that were damaged due to the way they were packed and delivered. Manager refused to let me exchange them and told me it was my fault. Shocking customer service. I hope people shop elsewhere

Bearing in mind that, as a layman, I sometimes don't really know what I'm after, I have found the staff to be unfailingly patient and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Quality is good. Delivery promptly on time. Would recommend Sydenhams Devizes at any time.

Not the usual level of service this time….Shame that we were let down by no delivery after we gave them plenty of notice, no telephone call to inform us either, and a wasted afternoon off work!Manager sorted it out and all sorted 48 hrs and quick no fuss delivery. Thank you.

I called and had agreed to hire a micro digger, I wanted to pay over the phone but the chap said it wasnt necessary until the day. 1 week before project was due to start they called out of the blue and said they had everything booked up for the next 3-4weeks. They did apologise in the message they left, but could have cost me the whole project cancelling so late.

Builder's merchant side always helpful. Didn't know Sydenhams also rented out equipment, but they do... again, very helpful manager and delivery driver. Would certain use them again, and happy to recommend.
