Some weeks not much in, can leave your bids with staff if u can't get to Friday auction, grab a bargain, I got new sealed garden recliner£5 plus their fees, gotta be in it to win it

Rang to book viewings but was told none available till over a week asked to be informed if any cancellation! Due to see first property tomorrow but someone else was offered a late night viewing and put in an offer! How can an estate agent who is selling people's property not have any availability to book viewings very disappointing

I love this place. It's not a high class auction house, more your general household goods affair. Plenty of great bargains to be had and the staff are very helpful.

Auctioneer and staff at auction house are lovely , friendly and helpful and go the extra mile for people Bosses/ owners, however are anything but. They have no clue about customer service or looking after long term customers . Also the commission is ridiculously high .
