Had the best experience here today with my daughter getting her ears pierced, would 100% recommend

I’ve spent quite a lot here over the past couple of years.Today I popped in to pick up some last minute things for an event I’m attending at the weekend. Within seconds I was told abruptly that the store was closing in five mins. She also stopped two young ladies from coming inI already had an expensive headpiece in my hand and was intending to buy other items to matchI was so annoyed I put it back and left

I'm a regular customer at this store because I like the products, but the past few times I have been here the service has been terrible. Most recently, whilst I was browsing the items, all I could hear was the members of staff gossiping and using explicit language. When I got to the till I was left waiting there for a while before a member of staff noticed me, even then I was abruptly told to wait as they had something they needed to do first. There was zero customer service by this particular member of staff and it left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Think I will stick to buying my products online from now on.

We wanted to get our granddaughter's ears pierced for her birthday. We visited lovisa a few weeks ago to speak to them about this. We found them knowledgeable and pleasant.We took our granddaughter in on Wednesday. She was a little nervous but the lovely girls in there soon put her at ease. Great job. Would highly recommend this lovely little store.

Brought 3 pairs of earrings from here... they make my ears green & have lost all their colour. Won't buy again

Absolutely rubbish. Had a gift voucher for my daughter to have her ears Peirced. On the day we went into have the piercing done. We found out the staff were not qualified to pierce ears. They snuck off to the back of the shop to discuss wether they were competent. After over hearing the conversation we stopped the piercing from happening got a refund and left.I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Said they could not print a receipt because they want to save the environment. Said I had to give them my email. When I refused to give email, printed a receipt. Wrapped my purchase in loads of gift wrap I didn't ask for. Hypocrites.

Staff too busy chatting to eachother about their social lives to acknowledge the customers. Left standing around the till waiting to be served, even though staff could see we were waiting but were not interested. Grabbed the attention of one member of staff sat in a room behind the till, who thought it was hilarious and made comments to another member of staff who was also sitting in the room behind. Pile of jewelry left on the floor, not very hygenic is it? Won't be returning.
