East Sussex Dance - Danehill and Mid Sussex dance classes

I had always regretted giving up ballet when I was a teenager and had been considering taking it up again for years but never seemed able to muster up the courage to do so.When I found Alex's Saturday class in Lewes it had been nearly 40 years since I had last done any ballet. From my first communication with Alex she was responsive and encouraging and it was her warm attitude that helped me to try again.It has been much harder than I ever remembered it being as a child but Alex always helps you to feel its possible to improve. I've found the classes challenging but enjoyable and I've felt myself making progress every week. If you've missed ballet in your life or you're just keen to give it a try and see what you can do, this class is perfect for you.
