This company really need to work on their interpersonal skills, terrible abrupt and rude phone manner, instantly put me off, imagine if I rented from them? I'd be terrified to contact them!

Disgusting Company. Left me with no heating or hot water for a whole weekend. Absolutely freezing the whole weekend.Not available all weekend! Didn't even have the decency to inform me! They don't care.
