I was very disgusted with the attitude of the two girls running the reception at the service desk ,arrogant, vulgar and dishonest and extremely unhelpful ,after being told that they were short of technicians and having to wait 1 week for our vehicle to be diagnosed which was not a problem but the next day we spoke to the girl behind the service desk and agreed not to do any works on our vehicle as we decided to get it towed away this was acknowledged and agreed when we went to collect our vehicle they charged,£150 we had no choice but to pay as the tow truck was collecting our vehicle and they refused to return our key to the vehicle her excuse was ,we were told to charge you even after trying to reason she refused to listen and walked away. I must point out I was not in any way offensive but these girl work for a company that they can hide their true identity if they worked for a solo business am sure they would not last longStay away stay away from this placeWe feel robbed and totally taken for idiotsBetter not to buy fords, the world would be a better place without companies like this

Never bringing my car here again!Would give 0 stars if I could.Took me 4 months to get my car booked in after paying for an initial diagnostic.I explained to them at every step that my warranty company would be paying for my car, which is the sole reason I waited that long, they then turn round to me and say that they don't accept payment from warranty companies.I've been in contact with 3 different people, with no notes on what I need specifically so I have to explain the same thing every time I call and a multitude of mistakes that I have to clean up. Each promising a higher level of service and never delivering.The worst part is due to another of their mistakes I won't be able to receive my car until the 23rd of December!My initial diagnostic was done on the 16th of July!This means it will be more than 5 MONTHS between the initial diagnostic and receiving my car.I wish I saw the red flags earlier and brought my vehicle to another garage but hopefully this review will prevent someone from making the same mistake I did.0 stars.

I put a holding deposit on the car until I could travel down to view it, drive it, pay for it and take it away. Delays in getting payment from my insurer for my total loss meant Trustford had to hold the new car for 3 weeks. Craig in sales picked me up from the station and 2 hours later I was on my 170 mile journey home. One point of criticsm though a TrustFord sticker right across the tailgate glass had not been removed making the rear veiw tricky through the mirror. It could not be removed without heat being applied.

The garage itself is a nice clean Dealership, however, not everyone inside. The dealership has a total knowledge, how to do their job? I can't say everyone in the garage is a total moron. However, 1 or 2 of them are. The manager is not very good.Certain floor members sounds assistance are very good. Very experienced and have got the knowledge. The reason I'm giving this one star is because of the manager and 1 sales person.

I would definitely buy a car from Wimbledon again and would certainly recommend them to anyone. The customer service was fantastic. My salesperson (Norton) made buying a new car a pleasure with zero hassle. No question was a problem, he got back to me super fast and sorted out any issues or queries that I had. His manager was also super helpful and friendly. A completely 5 star experience.

Bought a brand new Ford Puma from here. It's a tough call to just award a single set of stars as some components of the sales process were great and others were a drag.Booking the test drive, the test drive and ordering the car were smooth. The sales person and management communicated brilliantly and all was great.And then...the wait. We ordered the car in March, expected delivery in late June/July and it finally came this week.After sales communication was fine, but I did get to a point of saying I was going to cancel the order, to get the delivery prioritised.So the purchase experience was painful in the end. The sales people always communicative, and apologetic and the car is GREAT. Ford have to look at their manufacturing and expectation management as one part of the business is letting the other down.

Funmbi was absolutely amazing! Super supportive, helpful and continued to impress even after we had the sale agreed. I honestly could not have asked for more!The car came significantly earlier than expected which was brilliant! Funmbi made the process assessable, comforting and enjoyable and manage to get me a car better than I had hoped for for a price I could not say no to.I would highly recommend Funmbi and the TrustFord Wimbledon Centre to anyone looking for a new car! Outstanding service.

Straight forward Once we agreed everything it.was just waiting for the.car.to turn up. Then all paperwork was straightforward online. Then just picked the car up. In the dealership 15 minutes and off we go. Perfect. Salesman was on point thank you

Excellent purchasing experience with Norton, trading in an old Puma for a new one. Very friendly, helpful and professional sales service from Norton, who is very easy to contact and communicate with on his mobile at every stage of the process. Although the Puma is a fantastic car to drive, key to this sale was Norton offering to be the first point of contact should any after-sales problems arise in the future. Post sale, both Norton and his Manager, Richard, have already been in contact to check everything is running smoothly, so this bodes well. Thanks again.

Booking made online, no prices given. Booking then cancelled and re-arranged by the dealer. Courtesy Car offer withdrawn on the day, 'while you wait' service took 6 hours. Multiple attempts to call service center were left un-answered, when it was answered it was a Sales person trying to sell me a new vehicle. Was left to find my own vehicle in the dark on a huge lot, and when found it was blocked by another vehicle.
