Forest Gate Community Yoga

Excellent for beginners. I've been going to Ian's classes for almost a year and have come along way for someone who, for along time, considered myself not flexible enough to do yoga. Ian always encourages you to go to your edge, and usually a little bit further than you've been before.

Fantastic, fantastic space for practicing yoga. I am incredibly grateful for this community yoga class and have attended a few times now, much to my satisfaction each time. Ian is a fantastic instructor and I am yet to enjoy the full range of their classes. Definitely recommend to each and every individual!

My first time at Yoga..I'm ex UK special forces a fitness fanatic all my life. But father time is starting to bite..and I've just qualified for my pension.So I thought I'd try the gentler side of physical training which has never been my forte.The class tested me and had me doing things Id never done before. I walked out feeling great, endorphins giving me a buzz. I felt invigorated and alive.I WILL be back next week. Thank you Ian!PS. I'm also aching in muscles I didnt know existed!

Ian brings joy to these yoga clases and is patient with all levels! Affordable and highly recommend!
