Bupa Dental Care Newport

Thank you to all the staff at Bupa dental practice, Newport. All very approachable, helpful and professional. A particular thank you to lead receptionist- Adele for assisting me in applying to join the practice in the first place follwed by booking my initial assessment etc and Dentist- Mr Panahei for his calm approach and excellent dental work.

Lovely receptionists who were helpful and warm. The appointment was dead on time and the dentist and assistant were very efficient and kind.

I was impressed with the friendly attitude of staff, starting from reception to the dentist. All acted very professional. Well-done!!

Georgina is soo good with my nervousness about going to the dentist, really takes her time and explains everything she is doing. Reception staff very helpful too, always phone to check appointment is still convenient :)

Can not recommend highly enough.Adele the receptionist went above and beyond for me and Jonathan and his assistant made sure I was well informed and comfortable at all times.The whole process from initial booking to being in the chair was excellent

I have only ever been to one dentist my entire life, so moving to a new dentist when he retired was difficult, as I’m a nervous patient.Dr Hedges is wonderful with me, very patient and understanding and explains everything in terms I can understand.Unfortunately, I’ve had some issues with appointments - one was cancelled without me knowing because the staff thought I was someone else, and then when I needed to reschedule one due to a bereavement and being out of the country, they weren’t happy about it but still rescheduled.It’s only small but thought it was worth mentioning.I won’t be switching dentist as Dr Hedges and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, and I really recommend them.

The staff at reception are warm, friendly and efficient. Georgina, Chloe and the dental assistants are consummate professionals but also kind. They have left my teeth looking and feeling great! Hope you all have a great Christmas.
