Jct 20 Dental Clinic

Before comming to this clinic I have couple of dentist.This place is one of best, staff members are very polite and humble with ears to listen to customer queries I mean with full of great customer service skills plus they go also extra miles for the customers.Also, this place is amazing. You pay step by step the service you get, not like other private dentists, you pay the full price before treatment starts.Now something about Dentist Dr Khalid Ashraf. He is an amazing dentist with lots of qualities and experience.He is loyal,honest,generous ,creative, and a great person with his creation he brought back a confidence smile back on my face now,I can speak and laugh confidently.A couple of dentist and clinical hygienists have worked on my teeth in the past. Dr. Khalid Ashraf is one of the best.To public members I recommend this practise and you want disappointed .Finally, thanks to Dr Khalid Ashraf and his team for putting a niece smile back on my face, now i can speak and smile confidently.

To say going to the dentist fills me with dread is an understatement. After losing my front tooth I had no choice. Dr Khalid is an angel. From my first consultation he put me at ease. Talked me through the treatment I needed from having a prosthetic to a bridge being fitted, a couple of fillings & a scale & polish. Thank you Dr Khalid for giving me my smile back. The dental nurses & receptionists are so lovely & welcoming. I will most definitely recommend.

After 2 years looking for a dentist. Found jct20 so happy i did. the staff are lovely the surgery is very clean and dr khalid is the best dentist. I was very nervous but not any more i had one veener and bonding on 2 bottom teeth the difference is amazing he's made me smile again thank you Dr Khalid and your team

I would highly recommend Jct 20 Dental! I had a wisdom tooth extraction, fillings and composite bounding to my front teeth and everything looks and feels absolutely perfect! Dr. Khalid Ashraf is extremely professional and the team as well. I managed to get my appointments really easily (they always answer the phone calls) and always get back to you with appointment reminders. The dental work i received is absolutely top and moreover it was pain free which is sooo important! I go to the clinic every single time with confidence and trust as Dr Ashraf is very reassuring and he is explaining all the procedures that are to be undertaken every single time. I will return to the clinic every time with pleasure!

Dr Khalid Ashraf is an exceptional dentist. He will do whatever it takes to save a tooth. I know that because I asked him to take one of my teeth out. He refused point blank. He is a private dentist, but he is offering a private service that is reasonable and I have to say sometimes cheaper than an NHS dentist, who from my experience will try to take you into a higher band by suggesting work needs doing. I trust him fully. My son is at the moment with a private dentist (NHS allocated) When he reaches 18 I will be transferring him to Dr Ashraf Why? Because I know he will do everything in his power to keep my sons OWN teeth healthy. He won't say you need a filling when you don't. He won't say we can shove a cap on something when it's not necessary (and to take you into a higher NHS Band). Also, If you don't like the look of your teeth Dr Ashraf will offer recommendations caps veneers etc, and he will give you a price. If the price is too much, you do NOT have to accept it, he won't think any worse of you, and he will continue to treat you as one of his patients in a fair manner. The Dr has what is sadly now missing in the dentist industry, and that is intergrity. I trust him implicitly.

Have been to Jct 20 Dental Clinic for Cosmetic Bonding, I am so very happy with the result. On my consultation we discussed my options and what I wanted to achieve, my end result is perfect, if not more, and could not thank Dr Khalid Ashraf for giving me my perfect smile. To mention the staff are very friendly make you feel so welcome. The cost of my treatment was affordable, but the standard of Dr Khalid Ashraf work, is the best. Will be recommending for sure!! Double check before you agree to take out your toothHalf of my tooth broke so I called them and I got seen very fast. However the doctor said that the only thing that can be done is to take out my tooth (he was wrong). I said that I will ask for a second opinion (doc said there is no point to ask, because he was sure it needs to be taken out). I booked an appointment with another dentist and a week later they put a big filling that is there for more than 6 months.So don't be afraid to lose your deposit if your instincts are telling you that your tooth shouldn't be taken out

Amazing dentist and staff. If you are nervous/anxious when visiting the dentist then this is the place for you. All of the staff are reassuring, patient, kind and professional. Also I spent ages researching private dentists and the costs of various treatments. I can honestly tell you that this dental practice is by far the most reasonable in Manchester with a 1st class service.

Had to have three teeth removed, from arrival to leaving was 15 minutes, this shows on the receipt. The injections were very painful indeed, but there is not much you can do about that. I am 100% positive that they should give the anesthetic time to work, within a couple of minutes she tried the area, it was very painful and she gave more injections, again withing a few seconds she tested again. I could still feel more than just pressure. She proceeded to remove a tooth, that really hurt, it was two teeth that were bonded together. Then she pulled the 3rd tooth, again quite painful. In the past, dentists have given the jabs and waited a good amount of time before removing a tooth. I have never had such pain at any dentist. This was rushed, painful and around £250 for 15 minutes.For £1,000.00 per hour we deserve so much more. Never again!

Absolutely brilliant.I’m out of area, my own dentist said they couldn’t do anything for me as they weren’t specialised enough and a referral would of taken 2 months.I was in so much pain there was no way I could wait that long.One phone call to Jct 20 I had an appointment that same week, the only delay was my own dentist sending over X-rays.Staff are friendly and professional, I’ll have no issue with coming back for more treatment in the future.Thank you.
