Managed to soak my carpet. Charged for a visit when plumber just stood in garden and told me he would order a part needed. Part fitted on next visit. Cost me an arm and leg. We still have leak. And l only asked them to fix a dripping tap!!!!!!

Excellent job. Tech knowledge, Harry did most of the work. New radiators, new boiler, removal of old outdated system, install new tech system. All tidy and clean with no mess. Best job ever.

My hot water tank failed to heat up.Having been advised that I needed a new tank it was actually only the trip switch which Priddy and Sons picked up straight away.I definitely recommend this company, prompt, reliable and honest.Thank you

Arranged an appointment but no show. Called and was told someone would call round. No show. No call back with an explanation. Irritating as they were working at my neighbours at the time. Had rearranged my afternoon for this appointment. Time wasters.
