It wasn't the first time I came to the restaurant, but it was the first time I was served poorly, and the employee had a more incorrect attitude. I ordered the bowl of noodles, regular size, on the menu it doesn’t say the size of their regular size, so like a normal person I assume that the regular size would be a single dose, but no it happens to be a desert size bowl. I question the staff if that was my noodles bowl and he said it was, I double checked if that was correct and the “manager” I assume, barely face me and told it was correct and that they don’t do the menus or the price’s after I comment that £5,80 was a bit much for a dessert size bowl that the company call regular. Plus the quality of the bowl wasn’t even that good taste. It’s sad this situation don’t think I’m coming back, only ordered the bowl expecting to be a normal regular size and I was deceived.

My kids and myself love coming here once a week as a treat. Staff are amazing, they always give you a heart warming welcome.They always listen to my dietary needs and allergies. Food is spot on for us.Highly recommend coming here.

I tried the new chicken yakitori today along with some other dishes, it was very burnt, and I had to mention twice that I do not want the mayo which the server had forgotten, staff looked like they were uninterested to work there and were not paying attention. I must say quality of food and service has gone down hill in the last couple of years. Other branches are ok but the high Wycombe branch gets worse every time I visit.

This Yo is mainly at the bar, only 3 seated tables in the restaurant, so not ideal if a table is preferred. Food was standard for Yo, however portion sizes are noticeably smaller since Covid. Most disappointing thing is that their priorities are on takeaway orders and this created long food delays as well as no one helping with cutlery and other needs

I love the sushi, it is delicious and this is my favourite Japanese restaurant, the service is ok, and I like the people that are nice to me so I enjoy the sushi so I love the Japanese restaurant.Have a nice day and hope you will add more new delicious food.

Food was the usual for Yo and no complaints there. Not sure if it was an off day or an overwhelming amount of takeaway orders (the restaurant was pretty quiet), but we felt like a bit of an inconvenience to the staff. App didn’t work and then there were issues with the manual order. Very kindly comped us a dessert which should have come with the kids meal. Some sort of supply chain issues going on as things weren’t appearing in the app and several ingredients were not available (veg gyoza, all kinds of breaded chicken, kids juice drinks).

Great staff, nice food, I’d recommend for a quick bite. The kids eat free (kiddo bento box) with a paying adult which was really good value. Thanks you Yo!

Yo! Have got rid of the on tap Sparkling water at the bar seats. That truly sucks - worst cost saving decision ever? The online menu ordering system is confusing; and the ordering app itself is badly designed, not to mention it is just silly to have to sit there in the restaurant and order what you want on an app that doesn't even have a search function. Why no search function?!Not the best Yo! we've been to. Food was ok. Service was friendly enough.
