Chris from Cobra Alarms visited my property to advise about a rip out of an old existing alarm and the installation of a new wireless one. He was clear and concise and was highly knowledgable, giving great advice on the alarm package that would suit me. The price quoted was competitve and Chris was accomodating and organised to fit the system on a Saturday prior to my decorators arriving on the Monday. Chris was very professional, efficient and thorough. He gave a demonstration of how to use the panel and fob system and guided me through the whole process before leaving. I cannot recommend Cobra Alarms enough; a reliable professional service and a wonderful alarm system that I will be able to add to at anytime and easy to use. If you want quality look no further.

Chris fitted a new alarm for me. Our original one had some faulty sensors and the tamper alarm was tripping frequently. He was able to come round and identified the issue and was able to update the controller and the panel while still utilising the existing working sensors which minimised the costs.He really knew his stuff, it wasn’t an easy job for him but he was able to complete for what I feel was a reasonable price. Also his work is guaranteed and he offers a management service afterwards meaning I can avoid faults later down the line.Highly recommended

We're very happy with our new alarm and cameras which have been fitted. The system works very well and Chris was considerate when installing. We would definitely recommend to family or friends.

Chris is really professional and friendly - he explained the system well, made sure that it met our requirements and has been so helpful in carrying out some ad-hoc visits to adjust the wiring due to us having bi-fold doors fitted. The security system is great - the app is really straightforward and so useful. I would highly recommend Chris - a great system at a good price - and an exceptional level of service.
