Ordered carpet cleaning powder on the 27th April and the money was taken the same day! Spoke to a lady on the 6th May as nothing had arrived, was told she would check with the warehouse and ring me back on Monday morning as the warehouse was now closed. Never called, rung again and went through everything again, was again told she would check with warehouse and ring me straight back. Nothing, rung again to be told she was just checking the paperwork and would go to the warehouse, I asked to stay on the line and was told no I have to walk to the warehouse will ring you straight back! This was at 10.53. Had heard nothing by 1.30 so called again, this continued all day long! In the end she said it had been sent but obviously got lost and would re send by courier, when asked which courier, she couldn't tell me but would email me the details once it was sent, that was over 2 weeks ago and surprise surpise we still don't have the products or an email or phone call. I see that they trade on Amazon as well, my advice would be don't use them shocking servic as they are taking money under false pretences. We have got a refund through our credit card company. I'm also going to be contacting trading standards about them.

THIS COMPMAY IS FAKE....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ordered BBQ on 30/04/19 it was supposed to arrive in 2 days, it never arrived. I contacted then to ask for a refund, which they promised me nearly 2 weeks ago. I still have not received a refund and no replies to my emails. They just take your money and have no intention of supplying the goods. I have today reported them to Trading Standards.

I have never came across a bigger bunch of useless human being in my life. Called three times over the space of 2 days looking for a spare part for my kacher nobody could actually tell me if the part was in stock apparently it has to be an engineer " that can only check the stock. They took note of my name and number but on all three occasions but failed to called me back eventually I called the karcher centre in Larkhall 60second phone call problem solved."

Do not buy anything .This is a fraud! I ordered a rather expensive floor cleaning machine with the promise it would arrive within 5 days. I had no communication re delivery and all my phone calls and emails I sent were unanswered. Bells started ringing, combined with the bad reviews. Unfortunately I did not check the company accounts and Alex Shank's accounts either (seems to be the same company!) before ordering, would not have touched them with a barge pole! Under the Consumer rights act I have cancelled the order and told Barclaycard to investigate this company for fraudulently acquiring my money with no intention of supplying the goods. Also taken legal advice how best to report this company to the authorities!

The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. We placed an order with them on 22nd February and paid for express delivery. Since then we have been chasing the order since and have had absolutely no contact back from them. We have been calling most days for an update and have been told every time they would call back, which they have failed to do. They took the money for the product without actually having it in stock and not warning us about this. I have phoned today to cancel the order and refund the money and this has still been a hard task for them to do. I do not recommend buying anything from this company - the worst customer service.

Very slow service. Goods finally arrived a month and a half later. I did struggle to get a response from the company via email or phone which lead to frustration.

Do not use this company , I purchased a henry cordless back in November that has stopped working , if and when you do eventually get through after not being able to leave a voicemail as the mailbox is always full !!!! ( by the way emails were ignored ) then to be told that it costs £14.50 to send the product back , how is this fair when its not me who should be paying postage for a faulty item ! They are awful to deal with and as said don't answer emails and hardly pick up the phone then don't want to help.how a company like this stays in business I will never know !I don't normally leave negative reviews as I always try and have any issues sorted with the person / company 1st however I feel as though others should know never to buy from themYou have been warned

WARNING- STEER CLEAR IT'S A RIP OFF!! Ordered Ali-Brite early April, they took my money but haven't delivered. No response to e-mails, no one answers the phone. Pity I didn't check with Trust Pilot before I trusted them, beware of Alex Shanks too, part of the same con.

WORSE COMPANY EVER. BE WARE, DONOT USE. Ordered a Karcher Telescopic Lance 4M £78.85.Ordered and paid 14/3/15 supposedly shipped 16/3/15 never arrived. Three emails no reply three phone calls couldn’t speak to the correct person promised to call back no phone call. Spoke to Shanks Jnr 27/3/15 again 9/4/15 all false promises. Sent a letter 15/4/15 demanding money back no reply. Sent a letter 27/4/15 (recorded delivery £1.73) still no action. Yesterday 5/5/15 contacted Small Claims Court paid £17.00 to recover my money awaiting outcome. If Shanks Jnr cannot communicate why should his staff? This must be the company’s motto. No professionalism within the company. Go back to the training and learn how to treat customers properly.
