Just brought my first car from Holdcroft Honda. We were blown away by the service and were really please with the excellent customer service from Liam. He was brilliant from start to finish and he was very professional, great attention to detail. The showroom is very nice, clean, airy and relaxing. Liam also makes a great cup of tea. He also did us a really great deal which we are more than happy with. We look forward to dealing with him in the future. Thanks

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon arriving we were booked in for a test drive on that day in the car we were looking to purchase. Caitlin went through all the finance options that we wanted catering for. She took time to explore if the car was right for what we wanted and put us at ease moving to a bigger car from a ford fiesta! The staff are friendly, approachable and more than happy to help with any enquiry. We felt at ease purchasing from Honda and Caitlin the sales representative. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we picked up the brand new car which arrived far earlier than expected, we were treated well and the customer service Caitlin provided was 5*. We would recommend purchasing with Honda and Holdcroft to everyone. And Caitlin is a credit to the team.

Really impressed with the level of service. Entering a car showroom is often daunting, but I have been made to feel valued and well respected. The team (and in particular Chris and Evan) worked exceptionally hard to get the right car for us at the right price and timescales. Can not recommend highly enough. Thank you for everything.

We just drove our new Honda HR-V home and we love it. We went in for a service and came out with a new car! We dealt with Liam Wild who was great, not at all pushy but WE CAME OUT WITH A NEW CAR!! Great decision though.

The 4 stars is for the salesman, rather than the cars. Very pleasant and did everything right to sell the car to me, and it is a good price for a brand new top of the range Honda, but I just wasn't impressed with the car design.All the features I needed absolutely top notch (although I would have liked front cameras), but (as an example) the elephant ears" mirrors make the car look so ugly.I think if you are paying £40k+ for a vehicle you have to love it. I know it might seem a little thing to others
