We brought a new car deal for my daughter that had just passed her test. Ameet and Manoj gave me a good deal and arranged everything I needed and also set up the handover of the car to surprise my daughter which brought her to tears. I have been with the branch for sometime now yes I’ve had some issues with cars but Sean Gaul and his team have sorted me out every time.

Top class experience. Found the car online, rang the dealership. The rest was so easy and hassle free. I was kept updated on the lead time on my car and they even ensured small works were done to meet their standards before I picked it up, without me asking for them. Highly recommend.

I had excellent service and support to select and purchase my new used vehicle. All members of the team I came across were polite and helpful. But a special thank you to Alfie, I knew as soon as I met him that I would be purchasing a car from Alfie. He was knowledgeable, but he also listened carefully to my wishes and wants for my new vehicle and supported me to find it!

Service:Took my e208 in for a fault with the battery (i get 75/80 miles to a full charge) was told there was a fault and they needed to keep the car over the weekend. Left it with them to find out there was no fault and it’s fine. The 195 miles range is ok so the battery is ok. Despite it being a battery drain issue not a charge issue. Also had the badges replaced as they lose their blue coating. Told all arrived over text and on booking, when collecting car told not all had arrived so still waiting on one. Collecting car Monday PM and vehicle has now broken down with them refusing the recovery of the car (something I’m willing to arrange). Told they would reject it until January. Complete and utter mess.Sales:Went in for a new car, prior to purchasing this one (somewhere else in the end). Told my budget and needs, the salesmen ignored and ended up quoting a car 6/7k more expensive then called and called and called to discuss. Went elsewhere to purchase (snow Peugeot Portsmouth - they were nothing but excellent)

I have my work van serviced here as its a Peugeot.. fairly reasonable prices.. only downfall is you have to wait until the end of the day to collect once finished... I saw my van in the parking area after it had been serviced.. Still didn't get a call until 5.30pm.

I was keen to look at Citroen Relay vans and spotted 2 that looked possible at Peugeot Northampton. Whilst I elected not to buy either of them I nevertheless feel I should leave a review as I was given a good deal of time by the Salesman, Alfie Parsons, who was a real credit to Bristol Street Motors. He gave me lots of information, a test drive and left me with time to consider my options. So he left me with a very positive picture of his employer.

Booked an MOT through a find a garage" type website

I left a 2 star review but they replied wanting me to send them an email instead of ringing the customer and showing concern for them they made it the customers responsibility to keep the complaint going rather than solving the problem. Again poor customer consideration putting the business first and treating the customer as an inconvenience to the smooth running of the organisation.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from Bristol Street Motors. In particular, Alfie was friendly, helpful, and informative, and he took the time to make sure I was looked after. Bought a vehicle back in November 2022 that should have never been let off the forecourt the vehicle was never prepared properly all the mileage was wrong on the paperwork- bought warranty with the vehicle according to kerridge I took my vehicle back in February to have the problems fixed which was a lie! I only found these out in august 2023! So they knew there was these problems without disclosing them! Then they let me drive away in a vehicle which was not fit for purpose so should have never left their garage! Was given a courtesy car for the weekend as I refused to take my vehicle as it was not safe for myself or child to be in! The courtesy car I was given had no top thether which they knew I needed for my child’s car seat so I had to go buy another car seat to fit the car so I could get him to his hospital appointment and for emergenciesThey bought my vehicle back off me as I had to ask them too due to needing a car asap! They bought the vehicle back off me for half of the value I paid for the vehicle! I will never be buying from the dealership or this brand ever again due to them not being bothered! I feel robbed and so let down!
