Fundamental Fitness

I joined this gym in March after moving close to Burton from down south.My line of work means that I have worked in/been a member of a number of gyms.This is one of the friendliest/most welcoming gyms I have attended. All of the staff are approachable, they learn the names of their members and do not make you feel uncomfortable in any way.The equipment is more than enough for whatever your training needs are and there is a number of cleaning stations around. My initial visit was during peak evening hours and there is enough space and equipment to be able to complete a whole session - which is important!Whether you are new to fitness or experienced or whatever your gender, I would recommend this gym to everyone.

Great gym. Friendly staff. Everything you need. All this gym needs is a back extension machine to make it perfect!

Great friendly, well looked after gym. All the staff will happily chat with you, help you with any issues you may have and offer advise where they can. The changing rooms are modern and fit to purpose with showers and ensuite sauna and steam room. I've been going here now for about 5 years and I couldn't see myself going anywhere else

Great intimate gym that never seems to be over crowded. Well equiped and open 24h. Khalid, the owner, is a great guy, always ready to help or have a chat.

Such an amazing gym with all working machines and lovely, friendly staff. Never had any issues with this gym and the staff are more than happy to help you with anything. Have an amazing Christmas :) x

Great gym, professional, clean and friendly. This gym caters for all types of gym users. Would highly recommend it.

Dropped in today for the first time. Staff were so friendly, gym is well equipped, very clean with showers and a sauna & steamroom. Quality spot with great prices too!

Really good gym with a good atmosphere. So far the staff have been friendly as well as the other users. People are willing to help each other.The Gym is small however it has everything you need and it doesn't get too busy.
