Although from a distance the job looks great but from bodges to cutting corners leaves a lot to be desired, when costing the job I requested that none of the damp courses were covered and also that any air vents were to be left clear but clearly fell on deaf ears which I would attribute to the fact that the ground was not dug out properly and the correct sub base applied. The finish around the soak always leave a lot to be desired as in my opinion they are very untidy and the finish at the side of the house is rough and does not reflect the cost of the job. I also had a front fence fitted which instead of using a concrete post in position one they have screwed a wooden bracket to next doors gate pillar and the tarmac that they have reinstated at the front has already got weeds coming through it after 6 weeks which tells me that it has been laid on dirt. The side gate is an absolute shambles consisting of one wooden post screwed to the wall, one concrete post with a bent piece of wood screwed onto it and a wooden bracket which is screwed to next doors fence panel, the gate is not straight and they moved it from its original position leaving grooves and holes in the wall. Some of the paving slabs are coming loose, all in all pretty disappointed. I have also not received any paperwork or the guarantee paperwork for any monies paid and materials which I paid for after numerous requests.

After a face to face quote, I decided to go with Advanced Landscape & Driveways, due to their professionalism, measuring my driveway, & offering me various styles.Simon & his large team of workers arrived Thursday afternoon, & took one & half days to do my driveway. Throughout they always kept me in the loop to make sure I was happy with their work. Both days they tidied up without me having to clean up anything at all.Before & after the job, communication has been great, replying back to me promptly.The finished driveway looks fantastic, you can really see the improvement compared to how it was, & ties in well with our new Cabin, as you can see from the pictures within this review.
