Great training, based on the 'chase' instinct, works for our dog

We have taken the beginner course which was very useful and certainly helped me gain an understanding of how to start dog training - being a first time owner it was a bit of a learning curve! The course included the basics, some very useful training techniques as well as fun games to help keep your dog mentally stimulated.We are now on the intermediate course which again uses stimulating games to keep the dogs attention, and us owners on our toes. Whilst the lessons themselves are really useful I have found the greatest benefit is the ideas and motivation they give you to play/work with your dog at home.All along Nij and Jo have been great at pointing out our strengths and weaknesses, in a very supportive and honest way.

Brilliant training. We have a jack hound (hybrid jack Russel and dauchshund) and so he has a very strong chase instinct.So many behaviour problems seem linked to the chase instinct. Knowing this has helped us understand him better.Our dog is now 6 months old and he is doing well (better than we ever thought he would).

We had one to one sessions to begin with for our English Springer Spaniel, a rescue dog, and learned such a lot. We then followed up with several courses ending with the outdoor sessions at Foxton Locks.Vespa is now such a happy dog and spends all her time in the fields and towpath off the lead and thoroughly enjoying herself.
