Today which is 29/11 there was no 4 PT skimmed milk .. couldn't find any frozen fishcakes...cod or haddock, so whether they have been delisted not sure... parking though was excellent and trolleys plentiful

Almost a village store in a town. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere - although it was a Sunday. The car park looked like it could be a gridlock nightmare but I somehow slid in and out effortlessly without really knowing where I was going. Clearly marked pedestrian paths increase safety. Lots of keenly priced items for those who can and like to purchase ahead of time &/or have a flexible meal plan. Plenty of quality items to treat yourself with. Good selection of ground and bean coffee, both blend and 'single origin'. Perhaps the fridge & freezer cabinets should be at the end of your 'run' to the checkouts. Tasty range of cordials. Accessing some of the lowest shelving could be challenging

I've not been to Waitrose for about 4 weeks. This visit I was appalled to see that all but 3 of the tills have been replaced by self service 'point'I don't want self service when I have a full shop. One of the joys of Waitrose was talking to the lovely person on the checkout. Now they have gone!I dared to ask for one of the 3 remaing checkouts to beopened. It was but not quickly!I think this is a HUGE backward step for the Branch.Its more like a Tesco Express than a Waitrose If thats what they are about then they need to reduce the prices by 30%I was not impressed!

A lovely place to shop. Such an improved shopping experience in comparison to other stores.Clean, tidy and with delightful, seemingly hard working staff.Good quality items at acceptable prices.Star buy was my bunch of flowers (see photo) now 10 days old!

Waitrose & Partners Lutterworth
We regularly visit Rugby, so it's so convenient to pop in on the way back. The store is always clean and tidy and the loos are spacious so it's good if you have little ones with you. There is loads of variety, with a fresh fish and meat counter. There used to be a good cafe, but unfortunately that's now gone. So that's only four stars from me! However there are plenty of eateries in Lutterworth that should satisfy most. Happy shopping!!

Shelves empty of salad and small potatoes. Woman at meat counter was very impatient with me despite the fact she didn’t appear to have much to do!Walked out and got everything I wanted at Morrisons for better prices.Sadly Waitrose has gone right downhill recently. Last Sunday it was the fresh meat counter that was empty.

Nice small Waitrose that has everything needed. Quite a bit of parking. In store bakery and wet fish counter as well as a cafe and toilets.Recently reorganised the checkouts to provide more self service and scan and buy tills with fewer manned checkouts.
