Lovely little pub stayed the night rooms spacious and clean fridge full of milk and water .Breakfast freshly cooked and lots of it .Staff very polite and friendly we will be returning

Went for food with my friends. It was lovely. I had a really nice vegi lasagne. I then had bread and butter pudding which again was amazing. Left feeling very full. I've been here afew times and would definitely recommend.

First time here for about 40 years, it was just a pub then. Now though, very impressive we arranged a family dinner as grandson is about to return to Uni. Staff are absolutely lovely, can't fault the menu or its quality, Slightly marked down due to choice of ale, ( not a lager man at all), We'll be back.

Room small but had everything needed. Boxing in around toilet cistern dilapidatedToilet roll holder almost at floor level which was odd and uncomfortable to reach. Shower stall in good condition.Food was plentiful at both dinner and breakfast.

Great little pub, quirky with its rustic look, food very good service freindly and unhurried. Has its own car park. Good selection of drinks. Does bed and breakfast at a reasonable cost.

Lovely pub. Could do with some better outdoor furniture. Nicely furnished inside. Friendly and helpful staff. Food reasonable but wine overpriced for what it was. Staying over night the room was generous in size with a large TV. Plenty of tea and coffee and chilled water in bottles. The bathroom was well fitted out but take all your own toiletries as none were provided. Breakfast is generous and well cooked but would have been improved by a locally sourced farm sausage.We enjoyed our stay.

Incredible little pub. Not stayed in the hotel but the pub is so nice. Lunch menu is a bargain too. Dave, serving was really welcoming and friendly. A must visit if you're in the area.
