Bespoke Garden Rooms

I paid a substantial deposit in November and was told work would start end Jan, there was a 10 week wait. Nobody showed up, the sales rep told me he had left the business. I spoke to the marketing manager who apologised, copied all managers in the response to me and I was given another start date for march. Nobody showed up, this happened multiple times. The contracts manager came down and told me he had bought the company and scheduled a start date, I questioned this with the marketing manager, she said she knew there was new ownership but didn't know details. We did have some work started in April, half a base done and no sign of any more being done despite a lot of promises. The work was not done by anyone shown on the Instagram/Facebook pages with the branded vans, it is a team from the new owner. The team posting on Instagram and Facebook are the ones I had made an agreement with and paid deposit to, they are trading again still under the same name, yet didn't honour the contract they had with me. They are also trading under the name timber framed extensions and have fbook and insta pages set up using same photos (UK registered company). I reviewed on trustpilot so they changed the company name on trustpilot to 'e rooms' with a different logo and company address so looks like I reviewed another company. I have tried calling multiple times, sent messages and emails and no response. Avoid.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!We have been conned out of thousands of pounds. Take your money and promise you start dates for your job and never turn up. Don't answer your calls or messages. Save your money and go elsewhere. Want to know more, look me up on fb susie oakes

Job never finished. All PVC cladding installed upside down… over priced… substandard products used… all the ‘managers’ couldn’t lie straight in bed. Do not use this company… for full review see trust pilot!

Terribly ran company. One month in after paying deposit+day one payment of 17K still waiting for work to be done, the room is about 30% built. Have to call endlessly (with no answer) and message endlessly to get a half response of excuses why workers are not coming for weeks to finish work. They take your money and then ghost you for weeks and abandon your project stealing your money.
