Kids wanted McDonald's (a rare treat), but I wanted BK. Convinced them that there would be some good toy or equivalent version of a Happy Meal. Well, we got a cardboard box. Kids are asking what they are supposed to do with it, no idea. Asked and apparently they were supposed to get stickers with it. (Wow! Stickers!) I asked about the stickers and was told that they knew nothing about it because it wasn't their usual branch. What? Surely this is a BK-wide promotion and it shouldn't matter what branch you work in. Order was wrong, which, in fairness, they fixed, but there was no apology. New motion-based menus and promotions were really quite annoying. Full screen promotion across all of the screens at the same time went on for far too long, and then when the actual menu came up it didn't last anywhere near long enough. When you've got a four-year-old and a seven-year-old, that was really annoying. Decided to venture away from the good old staple Whopper and had some double cheese thing that was part of some promotion, it was the same size as the kids burger. Really disappointing experience all round.

food is cook to order so fast food is slow. haven't had bbq sauce in 3 weeks and usually run out of menu items

The food was as expected. BK never fails me on that regard. The lady serving though didn't look happy at all. What happened to service with a smile? After having to replace the wrong drink and giving me the extra portion of chips that was paid for that I had to ask for again, I finally got the right order.

Great service from this Burger King, hot & fresh food which is a rarity in fast food throughout.Staff there were top performers, would recommend highly.Location is a bit out of the road but the overall quality makes up for it!

Popped in for a quick bite and used the drive thru.Friendly service. Had the XXL Bacon Cheeseburger meal and a side of cheesy jalapeno bites.The bites were delicious and still steaming after a bite. Right balance of cheese and peppers.The burger was just as delicious and was not messy.Good service and well priced. Always better the Macca Ds

The person at the till served our food with no hygienic .as you can see he served our fries without clean paper on tray .I asked him why your not serving with clean paper under chips , he is laughing.and sayid thats ok.What should I say him

In general, Burgerking is quite underrated. The food is vegan friendly and tasty. Chips are crunchy and tasty. It is not healthy, though, like any such food joint. But I like the food here better than McD
