Sports Direct

Glasgow Fort store.I was relieved of £188 over 2 transactions without a word of thanks by the assistant on the pay counter ground floor. No eye contact, cleared my card, issued receipt, halfheartedly folded garment then placed in bag I said thank you.Within 10 minutes, I returned with another garment went through the same procedure with same assistant only this time I challenged her poor customer care qualities & still no acknowledgement. Reported my displeasure to a supervisor & I included the dirty conditions of the changing cubicles (gaining access is another story) at the same time. Never have I been treated like this before & I'm the first to compliment staff for good service.Smarten up SD.

Decent sports direct , very tidy and good range. Had no issues at all getting new trainers and staff where nice enough.

Staff are unknowledgeable and unhelpfulI had bought items online and needed them exchange as the wrong sizes were delivered to me (not of this shop's fault). Went to look for someone to give a hand on how to process returns, got cold shoulder from staff. When managed to get some answer from one staff, all they did was shrug and said to go look at each floor for the things as they didn't know where they are. Then once I managed to get the items and head to exchange them at counter , once again they seem unable to care or even find out how to do their jobs on the counter and process the exchange of items. Definitely not a good experience in Sports direct and it seems a trend in most of their stores.

The shop was spotless. The most spacious Sports Direct I have been in. Lots of car parking spaces. 2 massive disappointment was the availability and attitude of sales staff. I was looking for a pair of football boots for my 4 year old. Didn't have a clue to start with. Eventually found a sales rep and asked for some help. I was abruptly told its this boot or this boot. Asked to see 1 of them in 2 different sizes. Out he came with 2 boxes. Flung them onto the bench and said...the size 10 is the display model and walked away! After picking a pair I was still left with 2 boxes of brand new boots, no wonder things go missing from shops. I tracked him down to hand the pair we weren't taking over and to say, thanks, we have taken the one from the display. To my surprise, box grabbed off and no word of acknowledgement! Really really disappointing. Now all the sales staff looked about 17/19, but this is not an excuse, lots of you people have perfectly good manners. I then witnessed another elderly gentleman try and get assistance from 2 sales reps, who continued their conversation about what they are doing at the weekend and ignoring the customer.

Sales girl has no clue what she was doing as I needed gift Receipt for items I purchased but she just gave me normal receipt and when I asked to speak to manager he was very rude he even does nit know how to speak to customer.

Alright... some staff are rude and slow, don't seem like they know what they're doing or care too much about the customer. The guy behind the till was lovely!

Very poor service, staff couldn't be bothered helping, didn't make conversation no apology for a mistake they made. Clearly badly managed store with little staff morale. Perhaps retail isn't the right job for some of them. Won't be back.

Picked up new football boots today very happy. I had to try about 9 pairs different sizes of each. Cameron was very helpfulll with all my questions, so was the lady who showed us the football cage, where my kids had a great time. Great experience helpful staff.
