100% positiveHired skelmorlie home improvements to replace my antique roof.They turned up on time and did what was specified according to the roof report.I am more than satisfied with my beautiful new water tight roof, that has been leaking for years.I would and have reccomend the team to family and friends.I could not fault a thing about the whole experience.Thank you to the whole team.

We have chosen Skelmorlie Home Improvements to repair and install the gutters based on the excellent reviews, however, our experience with them is very far from being positive.It all started on the 23rd December 2020, just before Christmas last year, when Ewand & Co came to fix our leaking gutters and inspect and repair the roof. Nine months later, we are still left with leaking gutters! The quote process was poor as we were misled from the beginning and only discovered we had to pay almost double the price we expected when the guys “finished” the work on the day. Apparently, they quoted separately for the roof job and for the gutters – the total price was never clearly stated. We paid in full although the job was not completed. The guys did not have the full length of the gutters required but we were promised that they would come right after New Year to finish the job. This did not happen until March – numerous calls and messages, numerous promises with no appearance. Finally, they arrived and installed the new gutters, however, the first rain made it very clear that the job was poorly done (see the video attached). Our multiple attempts to get the guys come and fix them failed – they were responding and promising, but have never appeared to fix. We are now back to the rainy season and our house is being continuously damaged by the leakages.

Skelmorlie home improvements are a very professional company from start to finish ,There work is high quality and completed the work within the agreed timescale ,They kept me imformed throughout the project ,i carnt fault them i definitely recommend this reliable company

Had my neighbors and my own guttering well looked after and had the full flat roof of mines thoroughly inspected and based on where my property lye's is exposed to natural elements so with Ewan and Co the boys did a fantastic job at clearing all parts of my flat roof and securing already what was done to a very high standard and to top that off a whole new coat of fiber glass to coat and make all places on the flat roof secure once again. Was done in time efficient considering current climate globally. Good for being cost effective would highly recommend and would defiantly be using again considering how quick and good the lads done very well done.

Absolutely amazing service from skelmore I recently purchased a semi detached home and had completely renovated the property we noticed the first area of repairing was the roof. We contacted many firms who quoted us some crazy and I mean crazy prices skelmore was friendly they immediately acted spotted damaged guttering pipes and the tiles along the top (ridges) was severely rotten they done me a great deal, at a great price and would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
