I got a full service plus transmission oil change at a very competitive price and all the staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been 5 stars except for the oily footprint on the drivers mat.

After being screwed over by a shockingly bad garage in Andover (and them quoting over 2k for further work none of which my car actually needed) I took my car to the guys in Bromspec. They came recommended from someone at work. On the phone they immediately set me at ease, brilliant customer service and really knowledgeable staff. My car was almost diagnosed on the phone infact! They had work completed within a few days, and at a really reasonable price! They kept the old parts to assist with my court case with the original garage, and took the time to explain the problems they had uncovered.I have, and will continue to recommend them to everyone I find, brilliant garage.

An engine warning light indicated that I should have the car checked as soon as possible. I drove cautiously to Bromspec for their morning opening but they were already working. James immediately attended to me, even though I had not booked in. A diagnostic test identified the fault. Although they did not have the part, a call to Salisbury had that delivered very promptly and the repair was completed whilst I waited. A highly efficient and speedy response to my emergency. Fantastic service and a great friendly team. A bonus was that the bill was extremely reasonable. I am up and running again! Many thanks.

James and the team at Bromspec are fantastic, they provide an excellent service and are a lot cheaper than the main dealers. Although they are a BMW specialist they also repair other makes and models to the same high standards. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always do a great job. If you are looking for an honest, reliable garage, this is it! I can’t recommend this garage highly enough. Definitely one of, if not the best garage in Wiltshire.

Had a check engine light appear on my 2017 BMW 118i and had loss of power and car was not running how it should.I was recommended BROMSPEC by a colleague at work, I visited the workshop and spoke to Harrison and explained the issue and he organised a day for the car to be diagnosed to see what the problem was. Problem was diagnosed and James and Harrison explained what needed to be done in order to fix the problem and how much the cost would be before any work was completed. The guys kept me informed and gave regular updates nearly everyday on what was happening with the car.The car is now fixed and I am more than happy with the service I received from Harrison and James I shall be visiting again for all future servicing.

James and his team are highly trained, bang up to date, professional BMW mechanics. Polite, obliging, friendly; customer care is a true priority for this group. Tonnes of space to park your car, refreshments in their indoor and patio waiting areas, and a beautiful view in the middle of the countryside. Pricing is very competitive, their knowledge is deep (and they'll happily chat with you about anything), and they have some awesome equipment to ensure they can take on any job. All their computer systems they connect to your BMW are genuine, BMW systems, with all the latest updates - no messing about with 3rd party cruft. These are people you can trust, with new or old cars.

My BMW 3 Series - 2004 - 2.2 I bought second hand 8 years ago with 23k miles on the clock (now 117k) has been consuming oil (Not dropping oil) at the rate of aproximately 1 litre every 6-800 miles for over 12 months.Local garages here in Surrey did not have the capability of investigating thoroughly but were prepared to carry out an engine overhaul for between £2.5 and £3k.I contacted the BMW Owners Club (I am not a member) who recommended Bromspec Motorworks - Following my phone call to this Wiltshire based organisation and providing them with the history of the problem they expressed a willingness to help.Eleven days ago I took my car to them and by close of play the same day they had diagnosed, ordered and fitted all parts required to replace the breather system for less than £400.00.Satisfied - Impressed? - You bet, what is more they are exceptionally nice, professional folk to deal with.I thoroughly recommend them.Ian Stokes

Been using these guys for quite some time. Can't recommend them highly enough. Always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to get things fixed, plus they understand cars and have very wide knowledge. So much better than going to a main dealership..... and cheaper as well!

What a brilliant garage! A rare find... great understanding, knowledgeable & friendly staff, top-notch workmanship with old-school values and service.My Mini broke down on the way home one evening and I had it transported to the garage that night. I explained the situation to James and Harrison the following morning and they and the Bromspec team took care of my Mini, sorted the problem quickly and the car was back on the road swiftly. They also provided a courtesy car whilst my Mini was off the road and dealt with my warranty company as well! This was above and beyond what I expected and simply just exceptional customer service. James even allowed me to drive his own car as well! This was just exceptional service. Thank you James, Harrison and all of the Bromspec team. In my view, you are not only the best Mini and BMW garage in the Hampshire area, you are also the best garage around by far! Great job and highly recommended. Thank you all so much.
