Very helpful staff. You have to book an appointment for repairs or to try out a new instrument. This is not a problem.

A proper woodwind shop, with genuine and knowledgeable staff offering a friendly service. They've always been helpful to us. This place is a gem!

Excellent customer service! I ordered a box of reeds late Tuesday afternoon and received them on Wednesday having only opted for standard delivery.I was even more impressed after receiving an email alerting me that having spotted that I accidentally paid twice, a refund had been issued.Needless to say, I will be a returning customer!

Great customer service. I needed to upgrade to a better clarinet. Tim brought out several for me to try. This was over two dates as I couldn't decide the first time. I could take my time the second time and made my purchase. Tim also answered my questions and offered advice. I also had an older instrument repaired which was done on the spot as I tried clarinets. We are lucky to still have a local specialised music store in Cambridge.

Thank you all.After getting a Merit in my Grade 3 clarinet exam, I thought I would get an early Christmas present for myself.Well, i came back and bought my first wooden clarinet on 1st December 2023. I was given ample time to select the perfect clarinet that felt right for me. Quite a few to choose from to be honest. Love the tone and rich sound that came from my new (to me) Uebel Classic clarinet. Really happy with my purchase.Lucy was really very helpful and so kind. Really appreciated the level of service and support given.Will gladly recommend WW&R and I'm sure I'll be back for other items, like reeds, new clarinet stand etc.10/10

They charged £25 to replace just one pad on a tenor sax. And they didn’t even do that competently. The owner appears to be only interested in money.Probably ok if you’re looking for a beginner’s instrument, but all the professionals in the area I know are now taking their quality instruments elsewhere.

We were upgrading our son's saxophone. Absolutely brilliant customer service, our son was given a selection to try out in the trial room, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We selected an excellent saxophone. Highly recommend this place, which had been highly recommended to us !
