This B&Q (probably all of them) are literally the worst shopping experience ever and it's been the same for a decade. Their stock system is utterly broken, their staff are completely useless, and their prices are high.Here's a recent experience. Needed some 60x60 treated timber, an odd size but they stock it; 199 in this store according to their website. Made a special trip, but get there and they don't have it. Staff utterly useless well we don't have it". So what if I'd paid for it click and collect? "Don't know

Best B&Q in Bristol!The store is always clean, tidy and well laid out.The staff are always super friendly and helpful.It’s not very often that they don’t have an item in stock but if they don’t it’s normally available the next day.Nikki and Sadie are absolute superstars and make a huge difference to the running of the store and always have a smile on their faces!

Dreadful lack of customer service at the self checkout till today so we left our many items and walked out! The lady assistant was most unhelpful to secure the purchase of our items so we just left empty handed! Unbelievable that she’s not receiving the proper training and knowledge of politeness and helpfulness.

Always stocked on what I need, be it plants, DIY stuff, tools, or other bits.Staff are mostly helpful and seem fairly knowledgeable.There's also a section for basically plants that are dying. They're super cheap. (80 pence for Bizzie Lizzie's!) And they all recover at home with a good watering

Fairly large B&Q, had almost everything we went there to buy. Some items didn’t have the measurements on them which was unhelpful. Overall though you’ll most likely find what you’re looking for at this B&Q.

I found all the painting needs i wanted the is a sale for 3 for price of 2. Staff helped with which fillers to fill on walls. Overall liked the vibe try it.

Managed to find what we wanted with the help of the staff, don't think we would have found all we wanted on our own, customer toilets invisible, tiny door which I walked past twice, without the help of a staff member I would not have found them, also no loo paper in the one I used and it would not flush, having said that they were clean .my thanks to the staff who are fantastic.

Make sure you, and especially your kids go to the toilet before you arrive, as the ones here make the toilet in Trainspotting look like the Ritz.Every toilet blocked with mess 'everywhere', meaning I had to hold my 3 year old in the air so he could use the urinal.When I mentioned this to someone who worked there, she told me to go tell someone else... so here I am, telling EVERYONE else!

Huge B&Q. A large selection of products. you can buy anything for: kitchen bathroom garden bedroom kitchen. Toilet for customers. A large car park. Cafe shop. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. recommend
