Seemed very defensive and fely like after i had sent various messages to no avail when they finally responded being asked why i hadnt chased more frequently felt like blame was being passed to myself.Couldnt take constructive criticism ultimately ended up receiving a refund however told to not order again ....with that attitude i wont be

Where do I start! I was stuck so looked everywhere for size 14 shoes and a came across this gem of a shop I drove 1hr just to find a pair of shoes walked out happy with two pairs and that was only 4 weeks ago now I’ve ordered another 3 pairs. And the care that I’m getting from this lovley shop is next to non. A threat shop to go to for larger size shoes!!Many thanks

Beware with Big Foot Shoes. You have to pay for your returns. Packaging is such that it is hard to reuse...had to prepare new packaging. No returns label. Needed to find some one with a printer. Then to return, pay for postage. As trainers are expensive this will be require additional cost. All in all won't be using again. Buyer beware!!!!

I was in desperate need for new wide boots as mine were falling apart & came across Bigfootshoes!Natalie was very welcoming & helpful, offering great advice on the best styles for my look, showing me the discounts & explaining how some boots may feel stiff but will change over time etc. I appreciated it, was a worthwhile visit!Thank you for your help, great customer service!
