Called in the morning, arrived the next day. Saw the problem, took the washing machine , repaired and returned in three days. Respectful plumbers, estimate was competitive, no mess, no fuss , just a job well done. Highly recommended company

What a great response from the 1st call , a true store one of the few around that's not after your money, good old honest prices very quick repair service picked up and dropped back home at the times stated, couldn't fault them ,il highly recommend them to any one who doesn't want to be ripped off ,many thanks again for fixing our washing machine so promptly,

Great customer experience here. Friendly and professional from the start. The engineers turned up and ascertained the problem had the parts in the van and mended our oven swiftly. There is no call out charge so if I didn't want them to go ahead would have cost nothing. Overall extremely pleased. Only reason I've dropped a star is that it would have been more convenient to know a more specific time rather than between eg 9am and 2pm as had to stay in waiting but aside from that highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Great service received after using for a repair of washing machine. Called and had collection arranged the same day for a repair. Was given a reasonable quote on pickup after describing the issue and then was returned in 2 days cleaned and in great working order. Fast, reliable pickup and drop offs to suit me and reasonable price for great service, would use again if needed and highly recommend.

Visited this shop at 12.30 today, we needed a small under the counter fridge. They didn’t have any in stock but took our details and requirements and said they’d contact their supplier and get back to us. They called back within 15 minutes with 6 options for us. The fridge was delivered just after 3 o’clock. Excellent service from a very helpful, friendly and courteous team of staff. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I'd never used this company before but had recommendations from friends and I'm so pleased to say they didn't disappoint. I rang in despair as my washing machine had flooded the kitchen, 2 pleasant guys arrived within a couple of hours of me calling & took it away for inspection. Within 48 hours it was repaired and back in action! Communication was excellent & cost was low, i can thoroughly recommend these professional guys.
