I have just joined the Practice and must observe that first impressions are excellent! All went very smoothly and impressively quickly with the registration process. I had reason to call the 'admin office' who were so refreshingly cheerful and helpful. They transferred my call to the 'reception office' and the call was picked up within a couple of rings and again, the person to whom I spoke was so cheerful, friendly and helpful. It was a delight to make contact.

My mother went in for an appointment due to an issue with a piercing. The earring had been engulfed by her ear due to swelling by an infection. The nurse seen told her she could “sort it out herself” expecting her to get a needle to her ear, performing a procedure on herself using something that may not be sanitary. The risks these people make are countless and the doctors are lazy. DO NOT GO HERE!

Have only recently moved to this practice and so far my experience has been very positive. Yes, there was a bit of a wait to get through on the phone at 8 am but not too bad. I have got timely appointments - telephone and face to face - and have found both the clinical and admin staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been at two other practices during the past few years (house move) and had negative experiences with both (one of them was appalling!) so I'm very pleased to have found one that provides a great service - thank you.
