Mold Recycling centre

Very clean and tidy site. Staff can be a bit 'hit or miss' as regards helpfulness. On one occasion they were extremely polite and helpful with off loading and directions, but on another, they stood and watched while I carried heavy carpeting. They could see I was elderly, female and struggling but none came forward. Maybe better luck next time!!

Helpfully staff and easy access.

Visited the site today and met a lovely lady called Mo, she helped us with our refuse, which is a first as normally the staff watch you struggle. Thanks Mo you are a credit to FCC, maybe the rest of the staff could learn from you.

Works as a recycling centre. Usually get pointed to the right skip.

An oddly laid out recycling centre that could do with a better set up, especially when it comes to parking and driving throughThe people who work there are a bit hit and miss with giving help, most of them ( the chubby ones ) happily stand around chatting and watching people of all ages and abilities struggle, there are one or two there though ( slim elderly ones ) that gladly assist and actively look for persons in need.All in all not a bad place to take your stuff, it's clean and straight forward to use, just don't go at peak times, access is terrible as it only takes one person who is clueless about the size of their vehicle and who can't drive to save there lives to mess up the fragile system.

Mostly good staff who assist - but they do have days when they can prove less than active in the help and direction department.Has improved a lot in 2019/20It is what we pay our rates for after all.

Been lots of times in the past and found staff friendly and helpfull. Today the staff that were on were lazy unhelpfull and sarcastic. Not helping me or other people with big, heavy items. Instead just holding onto their gloves watching people. That is except for the two sitting in the office playing on their mobiles. I also saw an older gentleman helping another even older gentleman in a different car to get his items into the skip as the staff were watching. Really disapointing and lazy. Not to usual standard of other staff I have seen there.

First visit to this site and was taken aback at just how helpful and polite the staff are,this is based on a visit to the salford age croft site some years ago where help and info not available, felt like we had visited a zoo,no offence to animals intended.many thanks to all the staff at nercwys

These guys are so helpful. Everytime I visit there is someone different and if need help they are so accommodating. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.
