Total Mobility Care

After being let down by another shop I thought that I'd give Total Mobility Care a try. I dropped the scooter off for repair and a few days later it was fixed. Very pleased with the service and I would recommend Total Mobility Care.

Highly recommend!My mobility scooter had stopped working leaving me completely stuck, we phoned total mobility and they got my scooter in and fixed really quickly. Their customer service is great and they were professional and kind. One of my biggest worries was price but their pricing is more than fair. I will definitely be coming here for any future repairs aswell as an annual service. My scooter is running like new, thank you total mobility team :)

Wonderful company, went above and beyond first class service. Polite knowledgeable,had many services that they provide and always firstly class. I cannot praise Paul and Sharon enough,call this company first you won't be disappointed,

Boss very bossy and arrogant (Sharon I think) and rude with manners of a naughty child as soon as she realised this disabled lady was unsatisfied with the repair service done only end of August 2022 (Paid £370 for a repair done on a powered wheelchair) she became aggressive and threatening that she will put the phone down! They knew it will not work but still charged callouts and extra £50 an hour. After I mentioned the Ombudsman and other regulatory bodies she was more careless I explained that there must be warranties and after service care she was not interested instead shouting and threatening to put the phone down in a very rude manner. I asked for full refund since she has not enjoyed the use of the services she received. I was able to get £230 as long as I take the batteries though she paid £250 so they just stolen £140 from this poor disabled lady who suffers from variety of illnesses including depression, swollen heart and liver. Please avoid at all cost that is why I took the time and wrote this genuine review .

after a verbal recommendation i rang Total Mobility and straight away Paul put me at ease and came to collect my scooter, next day it was done and returned to me. thank you Paul, i will definately use you again and i highly recommend Total Mobility to anyone who reads this. Ta mate.

I had my mobility scooter taken in for a service and to find out about a knocking noise. It was picked up and overnight had a full check and service.The gentleman was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. The lady in the office was polite and helpful.Will be using them again when needed.Excellent Service.

I got a puncture in my mobility and within 2 hours they had sent someone out and it was fixed, the man who came was really nice and the price was brilliant, would definately recommend
