Can't thank Sid and his team enough. A problem with my car whilst staying with friends in Taunton who take their vehicles there. The fault was diagnosed,part ordered and fitted the following day,New Years Eve!!! I was also given a courtesy car.Who said good old fashioned service is dead!

Following a breakdown I needed a car for a few days. Welch Car Hire were quick to answer the phone and put me at ease. i was able to confirm the precise confirmation even after hours ! This was so much appreciated. The car was fully valeted on reception and the wash was concluding as I picked it up. Brigette gave helpful hints for the car and a very professional handling of the insurance and hire administration. Thankyou so much.

I have been renting cars from Welch's care hire for at least the last 20 years. They are exceptional in their profession, nothing is too much trouble. Professional, polite, experienced, knowledgeable, I would be lost without their help when I visit Somerset. I have had some bad experiences with corporate national companies but Welch Car Hire I can trust 100%. I have been driving for 45 years.

Just arrived on holiday from Staffordshire, the rear caliper had failed and we were pointed to this company. They were brilliant and very friendly, we left our car to be mended by them and we hired a car from them the same time. No hassle service on return lovely lady helped us all the way . This is exactly how car rental should be. Completely hassle free.Bridget in the office is an absolute gem to deal with. We hired a 7 seater Vauxhall Zafira which was super clean and good on fuel. We had no problem using Canadian licences. The place is kind of hidden away near Taunton but well worth the journey. After being previously ripped of on nonexistent damage and hidden extras by the bigger companies, this place was definitely a welcome relief. Thanks

Fantastic, customer service from start to finish, email reply’s very prompt. Car was great, beats the big guys by $100of pounds. Maybe a little bit older of a car but no issues what so ever .
