I come here to have my eyebrows threaded and everytime they do a fantastic job where the eyebrows are left in a nice shape and the threading barely hurts compared to other salons I have been to. Always a quick service as well, would recommend.

I've been going here for years and wouldn't get my eyebrows done anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and they all do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

I am new to Bristol and I have been looking for the right saloon for my customised needs. I tried so many before coming here and I’m quite comfortable and settled to this one. They are very professional at what they do and respect customers time, very punctual if you go withappointment booked. But if not booked you might have to wait for long unless you are lucky.

I relate here to the review of Jessica Allday-Smith who was 5 months before me in this salon. First, as I came for the patch test, the beautician wanted to do this on my eye !!! If I would have an allergic reaction in this place, everyone could see it in my face, and worse, the eye could get affected. No idea where the lady did train, but I use cosmetic salons in London since 20 years and never had a beautician who actually risked to get a customer marked or injured in a very sensitive place of the body. I moved 2 weeks ago from London to Bristol and didn't know that Bristol is such behind in time that it seems decades... As I arrived for the treatment in the salon a girl was sent to me which didn't look like Tara's photo on the salon website, so I had to point out that this is not the lady I booked with. They would have me shoved to an apprentice while having booked with the beautician. No manners.I would have had understanding if that would have been discussed but they just disregarded with whom I booked. I booked an eyebrow waxing, and after waxing - without being discussed with me - the lady took the scissors and begun to cut the eyebrow hair. I was so shocked and like frozen on my seat - if I would have moved I would have had the scissors in my eye !!! I wanted a NATURAL LOOK, that's why I booked only a waxing in the first place, and after the cutting " was done

The best salon I've been to in Bristol for threading and waxing - amazing results and service every time! They're all very experienced, which means it's always fast, pain-free and to a high standard. If you're unsure about anything, they'll answer your questions and tell you best practise :)

AVOID AVOID AVOID, Went in to get my eyebrows waxed, once the lady got started on my eyebrows using the wax, she then goes to get the scissors to cut the top once finished with the scissors she then goes to get the thread and proceeds to start threading my eyebrows. Whilst chatting in her own language to her colleague, very very rude customer service

Finally found someone who gave me perfect brows again. Sakina is the best! She listened to what I wanted, half way through she showed me to check if I was happy and finally, after months of trying different places I have my brows as I wanted them.
