I booked a session for my wife as a surprise birthday present. When trying to reach the place, it turned out that the center is closed and impassable. I called to let them know we would be late, the cheeky woman informed me - ignoring my attempt to explain why I was late - that the next customer was already waiting. I understand that various events take place in the city center, each company operating in this place should inform its customers that on a given day there may be problems with access. I don't live in this area to be up to date. The arrogant woman said it wasn't her problem. There are many other places that care more about their customers, even by informing them about the difficulties in getting there on a given day. Customer service doesn't even deserve one star, I don't recommend this place.

Turned up to my appointment to be told that the member of staff had left and forgot to cancel. One hour round trip, overall really disappointing and no effort to apologise or get me rebooked

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! Me and my friend went for the stress relief massage. They definitely did an amazing job. I have had massage done in Turkey and Morocco and honestly for 1hour 40min this was worth it. The package came with back massage, hand and foot plus a facial. I was satisfied and so was my friend. We even got a cup of drink and water and we drank it with a foot bath! Thrilled.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Went with my boyfriend for the In Heaven Top to Toes Package for Two" which was worth every penny. Each part of the eight parts of the package were done with care and attention

I received a voucher for my birthday and sadly I didn't notice the expiry date was 6 months, rather than a year like most vouchers. I called up and explained that I would like to purchase a massage worth double the price of my voucher. I asked if there was any way I could use the birthday voucher as I was just a month late and they would be gaining business if I could use my voucher. They gave absolutely no compromise. This has happened to me before with other businesses and they have always been gracious and provided some compromise.I am really saddened by this experience, as you could have gained a new loyal customer, which is surely the purpose of having gift vouchers available in the 1st place. Really let down and would not give you my business now, as you showed no compassion for my mistake and would not provide any compromise having gained £45 for no service. Very poor customer service.

Came here because of a groupon voucher and was pampered to the max. The head-to toe massage was so relaxing that I woke up to knowing what century I’m in. That’s how I like my treatments. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come again!

Terrible customer service. Changed an appointment time in the last minute without discussing with a customer. Impossible to communicate on the phone. It was a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend, now ruined. I can now see that I was not the only one badly let down...I wish I read reviews before booking..
