Very friendly and good service.Well worth a look and help them make a successful venue for refreshing fun and good vibes.Wholesome food and Very reasonable priced drinks.Take a trip to the townhouse.I definitely recommend that.

Had a great evening for new years eve. Music, drink and dancing. Great company too. Bar staff worked very hard to keep everyone's glasses topped up. I would recommend this pub to anyone that wanted a good drink in a great pub.

Strange little pub, with an old fashioned local feel to it. Not the best but certainly not the worst. Drink choices were slightly lacking. Friendly staff.

This is a good pub in a fantastic location. I drink in here now and again after shopping in Eastbourne. It does seem to go through management changes very quickly, so consequently you are never quite sure what to expect. I like the concept of serving beers in glasses from a fridge, this is great and improves the drink. I went in to watch the Champions league final and managed to get a good seat. Service is a bit slow, but I guess understandable on such a busy night. They have a disco on at weekends and although I didn’t stay, looked like a good atmosphere.

Popped in this pub while on holiday and to see the manager who I’ve known for a couple of years,bit dark in there but nice pint and would definitely use again when down in Eastbourne.

This pub used to be my fiance's local, whilst he stayed in Eastbourne. I had a half of Strongbow it was refreshing, he had a pint costing £3. It's a sweet little pub with a lounge area to the rear with screens showing SkySports. The jukebox is no longer there. My fiance used to know the previous landlord, who he was hoping to see but was told he departed. The current one came out to the backyard (we are smokers) we engaged in short chitchat with him he came across as friendly.

Great, attentive, friendly staff and management. Sadly furniture is a bit tired. Haven't eaten here as I live so close. Sometimes a bit noisy but not bad enough to put me off . I'll carry on using it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to drink a couple of pints in a real pub.
