Really nice lady, but never on time with whatever your meant to get back. Just been charged £24 for taking up Jean's, which took less than 30 mins... I could have just bought new ones for that. Sorry not returning.

Can't praise Sewing Street enough, from classes to alterations, everything is given attention to detail with a personal, friendly service! Don't see how anyone could rate this place 1 star.

went there to ask about a zip to be repaired on a jacket. they were all very rude and couldnt be bothered ,, one of them shouted we are shut" funny that as there was a sign in the courtyard signaling they were open and the doors were open too.. maybe they were having a bad day

Dear Sewing Street,I am an artist. I paint, I make jewellery. I quilt, I dress make. I make patterns. I watch everything. O and paper craft.I had a sewing repair business . Now. The thing is. I being a fugal artist. I use and re cycle fabrics.Now the problem I have is. People think you can only quilt with 100% cotton. This is rubbish. In my head.You can ribbon weave a block. With ribbons. You can use denim next to cotton. Polly cotton.You can use fur. In fact so many people have so many fabrics that’s texture speaks to them. Velvet.Why not allow me to show you. How to use mixed media. To create. One off designs . Even better less is more. I’ve used old x stitch damaged table cloths with new fabrics. So save and protect work done in the past.I like the idea of ocean Cotten. I like the idea of saving fabrics. I like the idea of you’re whole concept.I totally agree about mindfulness. So let me help. I can produce patterns of different fabrics re cycles fabrics. For toys. Table runners. Bed spreads. Patch work bags. Crochet. Free form quilting. Table mats.Purses. Bags. In fact anything you want. But most can be used along side or used with new fabrics.We need to chat. Super repair to a chewed teddy, exactly what I had asked for and envisaged, a lot of extra care given to him besides. Very reasonable too. It's going to be hard saving him for Christmas which was the plan.Thank you
