I recently used the services of this double glazing company and found their product quality to be quite good, warranting a 4-star rating. The installation went smoothly, and the double glazing has definitely made a positive difference in terms of insulation and noise reduction. However, I was disappointed they didn't stick to the agreed-upon schedule, which caused some inconvenience. If they can improve their timing and communication, they could easily earn a higher rating from me.
