I had battery changed today. It took 2-hours to do, I get why, cramped engine bay. 1st young lad was super helpful and polite. Then a young lady with long blonde hair and long nails gave it her all, then a young lad called Ryan who has attitude problems, big attitude problems got involved. Finally George settled it and got everything done in super quick time with a super helpful attitude, gave me good advice and customer care - George is a 5-star employee, no questions about that, knowledgeable, patient, kind, courteous, a shining star, thank you and well done. Ryan needs lots of training especially around his surly attitude and inability to stick a tsk out or communicate without being surly and moody.

Went to get new bulb for driver's side headlight. Was greeted by a friendly young man who said he would have a look but also said he would do a check of everything on this list he produced including tyres, water levels and windscreen wash. I wondered how much this would cost but turns out it was free! Left keys with young man, headed into town for some shopping and when came back all done. Along with my 20% off membership voucher turned out to be a great value for money experience. Would highly recommend Halfords, Perth for friendliness of staff and speed of service.

Outstanding service from the bike guys. Took them in a problem wheel that was continually getting punctures. They diagonsed the problem, fixed it, and fitted a new tube and tyre in only a few hours. Great, friendly, service at a very reaosnable price.

I went in today to get my wipers checked and the service was above and beyond. I was served by someone who was very helpful and offered me a membership package which saved me a lot of money but with in-store benefits. Mike checked over my car, he was very informative, friendly and had excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I would highly recommend Halfords, great service and friendly staff.

Understaffed and unable to assist me upstairs with changing a flat which I now know how to do myself thanks to Ewan who was on the desk downstairs. Very helpful young man who walked me through the steps bit by bit. Clearly he should be put upstairs more often as he knows his stuff!Thanks Ewan, you saved me having to cancel work for the day!

I had needed a cover for my car - a Volvo V50 - but chose it by myself. It proved too small but I managed to use it to cover my wife's car - VWup.This morning, while using the VW I had a very full talk with George of your staff, and I came away with a much fuller understanding - he was outstanding - I agreed to bring my Volvo in.This afternoon I returned to the store and was served by a quite outstanding lady called Jessica. She spent sometime with me in fitting a larger cover. As a result I now have a very excellent cover for my Volvo as well.Each purchase was very competitive.I make use of your store at Perth quite often, and have no hesitation in warmly congratulate you.Thank you so much.David McNaughton

Called in with our classic Mini and a failing battery. Ryan managed to locate a suitable non standard replacement and saved our long weekend touring the area. Really enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. Obviously has a passion for cars and for great customer service. Assisted by Mike who used to build a race Minis. What a duo!
