I've done yoga on and off with Roanna for years but most consistently during times of covid.I love her classes on zoom, very inclusive and offer different levels for a range of experience. They are enjoyable and relaxing and offer natural development and progression rather than one that is forced. The focus is on finding a comfortable and manageable stretch or pose, rather than pushing your body too far.Ro is very knowledgeable and I started up again when COVID hit in 2020. Her classes have been integral to my lockdown experience being a positive one overall, they provided me with routine and consistency during a difficult year.She offers lots of resources to her students and is very generous with her knowledge and time.Thank you Ro

I have had the pleasure of having Roanna as my life coach & hypnotherapist for several years...I was first introduced to Roanna back in 2017 when I was seeking help for depression & anxiety.
