I ordered a sofa bed for my son's room. I waited 2 weeks for the item, it never showed. Only when I contacted Loft25 directly was I told that my sofa bed must be lost. I was then issued only a partial refund through PayPal (which may take up to 30 days) and have not received any communications since, despite me sending messaged.I'm out of pocket and I have no sofa bed. Poor service. Would avoid in future.

Possibly the worst company & customer service I’ve received in a long time.I ordered with them some cushions that came to just under £90. They have to yet to arrive. All I got was ‘your order has been dispatched’ and then ‘we’ve sent a replacement order’.After various emails I was told they were busy - aren’t we all.Don’t bother with them. Happy to take your money but don’t expect your order.

Bought a double mattress with built in pillow quality made as I waited and to the exact specifications this is to be used as a emergency bed is my van doing multiple delivery can't always get home perfect. Friendly service.

I placed an order for a Zed bed and it was really good, quality and even the size for temp use, had a little issue with delivery but Amazing customer service given by Sairish she helped me out in chasing up the delivery. Really recommend

Bought 2 jumbo (adult) single Z beds. The corduroy quality is lovely and soft. Great occasional bed, just tried & found very comfortable to sleep on. Easy to move around & no marks / dents left on carpet when used. Received fantastic service from this great UK company. Many thanks to Vivienne & Sairish for all their fantastic help & service.

I bought a Z bed for our campervan. We used it once for 10 days and its been left squashed and flat, losing all its shape. Huge disappointment. Contacted Loft 25 to give them an opportunity to rectify the issue. Didn't get a response. What a shame. Would have expected a reply offering a replacement.I HAVE TRIED RINGING AND NO ANSWER EVERY TIME. JUST RINGS AND RINGS.Got through and spoke to the Manager, who kindly replaced the foam.

Place an order for 4 bespoke size outdoor cushions, they were in pair to match two different length garden seats. They were delivered all folded up and bent, 2 of the cushions were not of the correct size - keep in mind these are bespoke cushions made to size order. Returned 2 of the cushions, re-specified the size with them, labelled the size also in the return package, they have now arrived and are 1.5cm short on width. Feel free to rider from these people at your own risk as the specific measurements you provide might be anything from 1 to at least 5 cm different. Really poor service and had to be put through to a. Manager to get anything done . I am tired now of dealing with this company.

I contacted the company as my Game Over beanbag had gone very flat after very little use and was sent a replacement set of filling very quickly and at no cost. One star removed for it going flat quite so quickly but 5* customer service

I paid the return postage of £10 to return via Parcel force on 27/4/22, a Gardenista grey sun lounger, £50 , ordered via Amazon. I am almost blind, live alone and am severely disabled , and nearly 70 years of age. Apologies but it is too heavy for my arms to manage. I am still awaiting my refund please. It’s a lot of money for me as I live on a low pension. Will you please give me my refund as soon as possible?12/5/22Just like to say thank you for getting in touch and giving me a full refund including return postage. It would be helpful if it is stated when you order on Amazon, that unless item is faulty then you have to pay return postage, which can be substantial with these sort of cushions etc. If I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered item in the first place. But Well Done for excellent customer care; it is much appreciated.
