I went along not quite sure what to expect but was talked through everything thoroughly. The session was very useful to me and helped me get to know myself and my past better. I had an incredible and positive experience with RTT at Quandary Pond with Terry as my therapist. I didn't know too much of what to expect but went in with an open mind. I had previously visited several sessions or groups each of which I took valuable info from but nothing had really completely clicked. This RTT session was quite profound for me, It was like nothing I had experienced before. Whilst it didn't 100% fix all of my issues in 1 go (I'm a complex person, like a lot of people!) It by far was the most effective therapy I have undertaken. Literally life changing. Terry made me feel really at ease and I found it very easy to talk to her and be open. RTT with Terry helped me face and deal with childhood feelings that impacted my adult self esteem. I booked and attended an appointment with Terry. My experience of Terry has been superb and from the beginning Terry was very professional.
