Good food, ridiculously slow service. Be prepared to wait in a queue of 5+ people for 20 minutes and more. Can’t be overstated how slow they are in here.

Popped in for a quick snack, with hubby asked a chicken pastry, and a CHEESE AND ONION pastry sat down to eat them in there, and they were both Stone cold !We told them they were cold, and they said they couldn't warm them up well. Who wants to eat a cold chicken pastry, so they said they would make some fresh ones 10 minutes later. A staff member brought them back and asked if they were warm enough, but no, they were still cold, so did warm them upwaited for half an hour for hot ones, and then they brought up 2 chicken pastry !!!Good job, one of us wasn't a vegetarian !!

Convenient location, although hidden away from the main areas of MediaCity, full range of Greggs usual offerings available, almost giving you too much choice. I ordered a pepperoni pizza slice and a hot chocolate, the pizza still tasted good after going cold, and the hot chocolate was perfect temperature, not too hot or too cold. Prices cannot be beaten for the quality.
